America’s Got Talent judge Heidi Klum is not letting haters flood her Instagram posts. Recently, the German supermodel explained why she decided to turn off her comment section on the said platform.
Heidi Klum Reveals Why She Turned Off Her Instagram Comments
In a series of Instagram Story posts, the AGT judge answered some of her followers’ questions. One particular query that Klum responded to is why she turned her Instagram comments off.
Klum cited various reasons, but she primarily mentioned the protection of her “mental health.” She then stated that she doesn’t think people have nice things to say sometimes and that “it’s not good to be influenced by what people say.”
“And I feel more free this way,” she said.
The Germany’s Next Top Model host recognizes that her fans are unluckily restricted from communicating with her. Nonetheless, she believes that blocking out haters is still the best idea.
“Obviously, I’m sad for all the fans who I can’t speak with,” she said. “But there’s just too much hate, unfortunately, in the world right now and I’m not there for it.”
According to Klum, her Instagram account is about “love and happiness,” but many people aren’t. Hence, she felt the need to remove herself from the negative situation.
“I also don’t like when people are fighting with each other,” she said. “That’s not what I’m all about.”
The AGT judge answered other fan questions with her daughter, Leni Klum. The two were laughing and joking with each other as seen in the Instagram Story posts.
She Says Judging on AGT is the “Best Job in the World”
Weeks ago, America’s Got Talent season 18 has begun. This means that Klum is also back in the judging panel, critiquing talent acts with Sofia Vergara, Howie Mandel, and Simon Cowell. In late May, Klum posted a photo of them on Instagram, describing how she feels about her role on the competition series.
“Best job in the world,” she wrote.
In a separate post, the judge can be seen flexing her outfit for the show. Wearing an orange ruched bodycon dress, Klum is strutting in the AGT red carpet.
