- Brunt is a Decepticon from the Generation 1 continuity family.
Brunt is a tank that splits into several towers of Trypticon's city mode (plus a couple of leftover pieces). In battle station mode, Trypticon uses Brunt's turret as his main cannon.
Sometimes, when Brunt is feeling a bit more sentient, he functions as a raider in the Decepticon weapons unit.

The Story of Super Robot Lifeforms: The Transformers
After Trypticon laid the smack down on Metroplex (who was filled with human children) and Full-Tilt made short work of Scamper, Brunt was deployed in order to deliver the finishing blow to Autobot City. Full-Tilt would have fired Brunt, too, had Six-Gun not intervened. Defeating Full-Tilt, Six-Gun took command of Brunt and fired it at Trypticon, injuring the Decepticon so much as to cause Galvatron to order a retreat. Brunt is an "Accessory" character, giving Deceptihogs he's attached to an increase in their firing rate. This bonus can be increased with upgrades won from random-prize Crates or in the "Shockwave's Tower" mini-game.
He can be unlocked by purchasing him with Gems in the Barracks, with Tokens during specific Challenge Events, or won from Crates and Shockwave's Tower. Angry Birds Transformers

The Transformers
- The Transformers Brunt's only independent mode is a tank. The "transformation" is simply a split into five pieces, three of which are used as towers in Trypticon's city mode. The other two mount on the sides of the main ramp, providing a rotating platform for Trypticon's radar arrays. In battle station mode, the two "towers" are removed, the central turret remains as Trypticon's main laser cannon, and the rotating platforms remain in place to power a pair of weapons systems.

- Platinum Edition Trypticon is a reissue of his original toy. Both Brunt and Full-Tilt are included along with all his electronics, including the motorized walking gimmick.
- Brunt has some changes from the original, including a larger power switch, a battery cover that is held shut with a screw, and his turret is now a friction joint instead of a ratchet.
- The toy was released in Japan via TakaraTomy Mall under the USA Edition branding (the first "USA Edition" release in almost a decade), as a lucky draw prize.

- Part of the third wave of Siege Deluxe Class figures, Brunt is based on the Centurion droid from IDW Publishing's Stormbringer comic miniseries that transforms into a Cybertronian tank and back, making his robot mode heavily reminiscent of the Beast Machines Tank Drones. In tank mode, Brunt's turret rotates and can also raise and lower his cannon vertically. He is also compatible with the 'Fire Blast' effect pieces from the Battle Masters assortment, which can be used to simulate blaster fire or explosions. His parts can also connect to the various 5 mm holes on his partner, Titans Return Trypticon. Brunt's claws also feature minor battle damage.
- Like his fellow "Weaponizer" figures, he can separate into multiple parts compatible with the C.O.M.B.A.T. System to form armor and weapons for other figures of the subline. He splits into the "TTC-AD Vortex Cannon" (torso), "TTC-MFM Proximity Boost Module" (whatever the heck that means, waist/upper legs), "TTC-HD Turret Armor", (backpack), two "TTC-MD Hydraulic Mauler Claws" (arms), two "TTC-HP Oblivio Launchers" (lower legs), "TTC-CMA Microelectro Amplifier" (front half of his gun), and "TTC-CR Agonizer blaster" (rear half of his gun). His instructions and Hasbro stock photos show two configurations of these parts with other figures: The Demolition Loadout turns his torso and gun into an arm cannon, his waist and legs into a shoulder cannon, his arms into platform shoes, and his backpack into a shield. The Serpentine Loadout turns his torso, waist, legs and arms into a massive clawed backpack, while his gun becomes a hand held gun and his backpack becomes a shield. As his upper legs/waist and torso are the only things that remain attached during transformation, Brunt is the Siege line's most complex "Weaponizer", and is the only figure of the type to be labeled as a Decepticon.
- The Takara stock photos show two entirely different, unnamed, configurations: The first configuration uses his torso and the front half of his gun as an arm cannon, his legs as another arm cannon on the same arm, and his backpack as a shield. The second configuration uses his torso and the front half of his gun as an arm cannon again, his waist and upper legs as shoulder armour, and his lower legs and one arm as a long multi-jointed arm attached to the shoulder.
- Caution is advised when transforming Brunt's tank treads into his robot mode arms. The treads themselves must be pulled outwards and fully extended until they lock into place. However, the swivel joints used to connect the treads to his shoulders can pop out vertically if too much force is applied. This risks breaking the swivel joint housing, due to being designed to pop out horizontally rather than vertically. The flip-out pegs that attach his legs in robot mode are also very hard to flip back out, as they lack any indent for the owner's fingernails. Additionally, due to the connector necessary to form the tank mode's main gun, Brunt only features a 5mm post-hole on the sole of one foot, as opposed to having holes in both feet as most figures in the line do.
- Hasbro stock renders and displays of the figure featured a painted orange cannon barrel, while Hasbro stock photos have the cannon barrel painted in bronze. TakaraTomy stock photos have his cannon barrel, as well as the blaster part below it, unpainted. The final product from both companies went with the bronze barrel. The instructions ask to put the gun barrel on Brunt's back on his right side, though all official stock renders and photographs have the weapon to his left; the Centurion droid that this figure is based on also has a blaster to the left.
- This mold was redecoed into the Centurion Drone that it was originally based on, and it served as the model for Metrotank in the Legends manga. It was also retooled to make Generations Selects Powerdasher Zetar.

- Raider Brunt, Weapons-Soldier is part of Wave 4 of the Transformers Trading Card Game, War for Cybertron: Siege II. Brunt's Bot Mode is made up of two smaller cards, each depicting Brunt's Weaponizer modes, with half of Brunt's Bot Mode on the reverse. As a Weaponizer, Brunt begins the game in Bot Mode. Instead of being sent to the KO Area once his Health drops to zero, the card splits into his Upgrade components, becoming the TTC-HD Turret Armor and TTC-HD Oblivio Launcher, and equipped in the appropriate Upgrade slots of one or more characters on the player's side of the battlefield.
- The artwork for Brunt and his Weaponizer modes are based on the Siege Brunt toy, with the Bot Mode artwork being reused from the toy's packaging art.

- Brunt, Artillery Drone was made available as part of the promotional Trypticon Pack that is included in every sealed Booster Box of the Wave 4 of the Transformers Trading Card Game, War for Cybertron: Siege II. Since this version of Brunt is based on the original toy, the card only depicts Brunt's tank mode and does not have a Bot Mode on the reverse side.
