Eduardo Pinzon

Eduardo Pinzon has a diverse work experience. Eduardo started their career in 1990 as a Crew Purser and First Purser for Scandinavian Cruises, where they were responsible for accounting and managing various aspects of the crew and ship operations. Eduardo then worked as a Chief Purser for Starlite Cruises, overseeing hotel operations and financial details. In 1995, they became a Systems Officer for Premier Cruises, ensuring the shipboard computer systems were fully operational and supporting guest services.

In 2001, Eduardo transitioned to a role as Director of M.I.S for The Alternative Board, where they led a team in analyzing technology trends and developing strategic plans. Eduardo later became the Director of Campaign Operations, managing campaign processes and coordinating resources for franchisees. Eduardo also served as a TAB Certified Facilitator and Business Coach, helping business owners increase profitability and improve their personal lives.

Since 2016, Eduardo has been working at Crestcom International as the Director of Operations. In this role, they are responsible for cross-functional initiatives, corporate technology strategy, and supporting Latin American franchisees to gain market share through region-specific strategies.

Eduardo Pinzon obtained a Bachelors of Science degree in Petroleum Engineering from Universidad de América. Eduardo pursued their studies at the university from 1987 to 1990.
