Stephenie Trepess

Stephenie Trepess has a diverse work experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Stephenie started their career as a Studio Manager and Traveling Photo Assistant at Nathaniel Welsh Photography in 2003. Stephenie then worked as a Creative Recruiter at Held & Lloyd from 2004 to 2017. During this time, they gained expertise in assessing organizational goals, competition, and company culture to make appropriate placements. In 2017, Trepess joined The Bachrach Group as an Associate Director, specializing in Digital Marketing and Creative Recruitment. In this role, they managed the full recruitment cycle, from posting positions to extending and negotiating offers, across various industries. Stephenie continued their career at SourceLab Search (formerly The Bachrach Group) in 2022 as the Director of Talent Strategy. Their role involved finding and closing top talent for clients in the digital marketing and media industries.

Stephenie Trepess received their Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Photography from Savannah College of Art and Design. Stephenie attended the institution from 2000 to 2003. Later, Stephenie pursued their Master of Arts (MA) degree in Human Resource Management at New York University, from 2008 to 2009.
