Sealant, Paint and Composite Curing (Class 1, Div 1)

The AEROWING – RAPID CURING DEVICE (RCD) safely expedites the cure of sealants, paints and composite material. By emitting a special low temperature infra-red signal to the materials, the RCD reduces cure times by more than half. The control panel’s touch-screen displays information in real time, which allows easy automation of the curing process. The low temperature emitter is a 28 Vdc Thermoreactor. Aerowing emitters are Class 1 Div 1 safety certified. The Class 1 Div 1 safety rating means our emitters can be used inside aircraft fuel tanks. The RCD is the only compact low temperature 28 Vdc Thermoreactor emitter system available.
