Ho conosciuto ed apprezzato il marchio Mac Audio una trentina di anni fa quando avevo avuto modo di provare alcuni altoparlanti per auto di questa marca. Avendo bisogno di sostituire gli altoparlanti della mia Suzuki Wagon r, posizionati sul cruscotto in alto, vicino al parabrezza (quindi con riflessione del suono) ho ritrovato per caso questi altoparlanti. Spinto dalla nostalgia (ed anche da un prezzo conveniente) ho voluto provarli senza troppe aspettative. Ebbene sono rimasto molto piacevolmente sorpreso, tanto da ordinarne subito un'altra coppia. Ovviamente essendo altoparlanti da 10 cm, oltre una certa frequenza non riescono a scendere, ma contrariamente ad altri altoparlanti della stessa misura, riproducono quello che riescono senza distorcere e dagli 80 Hertz in su riproducono fedelmente tutta la gamma, con acuti precisi e non fastidiosi. The speakers fit almost perfectly in the dashboard of my Cx5 2015 with bose. Hadn't have to cut or trim anything to fit them, the wires come stripped at the ends and they have solder which enabled me to fit them directly in the female socket without splicing the existing wires. The sound it's more crisp due to the tweeters and therefore I'm happier than I was with my original bose speakers. In terms of built quality you will feel the difference as soon as you hold them in your hand, they are heavier and very sturdy, materials are way better than the bose witch is built out of paper.

Bottom line, I don't know how other similar speakers sound, this is my first replacement, but these 3.5" 2 way speakers are definetely an improvement in my CX5.
