While it's targeted for corporate leaders, I believe founders too can draw lessons. I'd highlight that its approach to upskilling, which is presented as Key #5 for transformation, seems rather traditional. It leans towards curated content-based learning and assessments, rather than the more future skills focused project-based personalized learning with mentorship and pertinent feedback. For those interested in the latter, I'd recommend “Lifelong Kindergarten” by Michael Resnick (2018) from MIT Media Lab.
