Stinking Toe fruit, also called Jatoba, or Guapinol, is the fruit of the West Indian Locust tree (Hymenaea courbaril) which is indigenous to Jamaica. This tropical delicacy has a cream-colored, powdery flesh that tastes similar to vanilla milk powder.

What can I say about this product. I've been eating it since a child. It smells just as it's called. However, it's actually sweet and tasty. You do have to be careful if you're just taking it without mixing it in a drink or a smoothy, you might choke because of it's powdery form. I like to eat it without mixing it because that's what I'm used to doing. As a child I could just pick the fruit from the tree, crack the shell and eat it. It does smell like a cheesy foot, but don't let that stop you from buying it, it taste delicious. Anyway, enough blabbering from me. The fruit is very nutritious. Do the research 🤔 👌.

This can be an acquired taste. It’s sweet. Add it to your drinks, ice cream etc. the last time I had faroba (what we call it in Cabo Verde), I was 10. The minute I tasted this, I was flooded with memories of my childhood. Thank you. Will def buy again as the seller was prompt, packaging was fantastic
