Mistletoe also known as Viscum album, European Mistletoe, Christmas Mistletoe, and Oak Mistletoe. Mistletoe contains amines (acetylcholine, choline, histamine, GABA and tyramine), antioxidant flavonoids (quercitin, chalcone and flavone derivatives), and terpenoids (beta-amyrin, betulinic acid, oleanic acid, beta-sitosterol, stigmasterol, ursolic acid, lupeol and ester combinations), as well as caffeic and myristic acids, mucilage, and tannins.

Ingredients

Certified organic Mistletoe (Viscum Album). Origin: Poland. Other ingredients: Alcohol, vegetable palm glycerin, crystal clear water. Contains NO: GMO, gluten, artificial colors, heavy metals, preservatives, pesticides, fertilizers.

Directions

Shake well before use. 20-30 drops, three times a day or as directed by your practitioner. The best way to use liquid herbal tinctures is to put the suggested amount in a glass of water, tea, or juice and drink the entire contents. Tinctures can also be administered directly into the mouth without the assistance of water however some tinctures are unpalatable which is why most people prefer to dilute them into a beverage.

I bought mistletoe with alcohol because the advertising led me to believe it is a good product, and there is no mention that this tastes bitter. The alcohol taste overwhelms the mistletoe. I take another product every day and thought this would also be helpful but it is not. I cannot stand the awful taste. I tried to return it and learned that it is non refundable/non returnable. I believe in mistletoe but do not buy any mistletoe with ethyl alcohol as it is not easy to stomach. This review is only for "mistletoe with alcohol". I have not tried their regular mistletoe w/o alcohol but I will not based on this experience. It is nice just to drop the liquid in my mouth with the dropper but this taste so bad I will be throwing it away and because I am out $33 I will not be purchasing from this company anymore. I tried contacting the seller but came up with the same response as Amazon - not returnable. This is not a reputable company when it will not refund your money or at least offer you a credit for a substitute purchase.
