Just had surgery and was allowed to start wearing socks so I looked for something comfy to wear in that boot they give you. The grip pads on the bottom of these socks help my foot stay in place. The fuzziness of these socks keep warm.

I give 4 stars because these are really nice, warm, comfortable socks, but the material is maybe not the best. Other pros: they're pretty long, so they cover your entire ankle, and the traction on the bottoms is flat, so you don't feel it much when walking on a hard floor. Cons: they do shed a fair amount of fuzz, at least for the first couple of washings. Two socks in the pack had small holes in the toe area when I got them. That was easily repaired with a needle and some black thread. Will be interesting to see how long they last, and if they continue to shed little bits of fluff. But overall I'm happy with my purchase.

I buy these socks for neuropathy

I may have already reviewed this but I’ll do it again. I even suggest these to my pain doctor for neuropathy patients. I wear them around the house and in shoes and it really smoothly cushions my foot pain better than other socks I’ve tried. Only caveat is to wash them first as they tend to leave litter of threads everywhere. They also aren’t as durable as I’d prefer but it’s easy to just buy new ones

Bought these for my husband who has balance issues. They keep him from sliding on our floors. They’re a little thick for shoes but he can use a shoe horn and get his walking shoes on over them. And they’re warm. Dark colors match every day clothes.

I have been searching for fuzzy socks that go past my ankles for so long. I am a women’s size 10 shoe and every pair of fuzzy socks I buy, even if men’s size 6-12, end up being ankle socks. Finally I found these and they actually cover to the bottom of my legs, about 6” below my knee which is so nice in the cold winter. They are not too tight at the top, just right to keep them up. The grippers on the bottom work really well on hard floors. They are now my favourite socks!
