Theres few stores, like Food Lion, Kroger, Walgreens, CVS, etc do rainchecks when a sale item is out of stock. Even the day is restocking day, the item is out very quick. Theres a lot of "extreme couponers" around do shelf out items so quick before others get them. Theres people want to buy the item that is on sale, even if they have a coupon for that item. Theres a lot of customers wasting their time and gas getting there and its making them very unhappy because of items getting sold out and that store does not do any rainchecks. This problem needs to be fixed immediately. I want ALL stores around the world to do rainchecks.
