Annabeth Gish is appearing on AMC's acclaimed Halt and Catch Fire.
The X-Files actress has signed on for a season-long arc, playing a venture capitalist named Diane Gould, according to Deadline.
Also a divorced mother of two, the character is keen to invest in Mutiny.
Halt and Catch Fire will be back for a third season later this year, with ten new episodes. Starring Lee Pace, Scoot McNairy and Mackenzie Davis, it follows the computer revolution in the '80s.
Former showrunner Jonathan Lisco left the show last year, and has been replaced by co-creators Christopher Cantwell and Christopher C Rogers.
Gish recently popped up in this year's X-Files revival as FBI Special Agent Monica Reyes. She's also had appearances in Scandal, Rizzoli & Isles and Pretty Little Liars lately.
