    Camp Hansen responds to an active shooter exercise for Constant Vigilance 2021

First responders and camp personnel aboard MCB Camp Butler eliminated the simulated threat and were able to tend to all casualties in the area. Exercise Constant Vigilance is an annual exercise that prepares U.S. Forces, the local and prefectural government, civilians, and emergency personnel to work side-by-side in response to force protection, anti-terrorism, and installation breaches.
