This is an original optical/optometrist device used to measure the curvature of the anterior surface of the cornea. (The main refracting surface of the human eyes)
It can deliver a primary index of a patient’s astigmatism or other corneal irregularities.

It is a very heavy piece of medical equipment that’s made of cast iron and brass components with knobs the adjust various parts.

It has a cord and it does light up yet but I would not use it long term like that without a new cord as the cord is damaged due to it’s age!!

We are selling this mainly as a display piece and do not warrant any precise measurements, or mechanics of it’s moving parts, etc.
