The plant will be carefully wrapped and nested in crinkle paper so that any shock to the packaging can be absorbed and remain safe. Our paper packaging allows the plants to breathe during their travel! Care instructions will be provided with plant. Please be aware that once an order is in the hands of the mail carrier, it is out of our control if anything happens during shipment. If you are unsatisfied with how your order arrived, message us! We'll be happy to help you get this fixed right away! Please also note that plants may sometimes look a bit withered after being shipped. A little bit of sun and water will pucker these beauties right back up again! PRO CARE TIPS Make sure to soak plant with water when soil is completely dry. Check if the soil is dry before each watering. Best tip is to stick your thumb in the soil and check for moisture. Direct sunlight for prolonged periods can cause sunburn (not good). Watering your plant can be one of the hardest things to tell when you're a new plant enthusiast.

Here are the best tips for watering:

You can use your thumb to check if the soil is moist. If it is still moist, then don't stress it!

Lots of plants like succulents prefer to not have a soil that is fully dry. Make sure to give it a watering at least every two weeks or in earlier intervals if you find the soil too dry.

If you start seeing yellow squishy leaves, it's a sign to stop watering the plant too much!

If you find wrinkly shriveled up leaves, pour some water on your plant! When you water, just make sure that water starts coming out from the bottom of the pot.

Out of the 3 plants, 1 looks like it will live. the 2 others are all dried up...look like they got burnt around the edges.

Package got stuck with USPS over the weekend so it was in a bit of hard shape upon arrival. That being said, a good drink and some sun, and it’s perked with up. Happy to see this one grow.
