3979   We han passed, not shamed,
3980   Till Ielousie hath us blamed
3981   Of mystrust and suspecioun
3982   Causeles, withoute enchesoun.
3983   Go we to daunger hastily,
3984   And late us shewe hym openly,
3985   That hath not aright wrought,
3986   Whanne that sette nought his thought
3987   To kepe better the purprise;
3988   In his doyng he is not wise.
3989   He hath to us do gret wronge,
3990   That hath suffred now so longe
3991   Bialacoil to have his wille,
3992   All his lustes to fulfille.
3993   He must amende it utterly,
3994   Or ellys shall he vilaynesly
3995   Exiled be out of this londe;
3996   ffor he the werre may not withstonde
3997   Of Ielousie, nor the greef,
