You guys sure loved the smoky eye makeup and asymmetrical updo Jaimie Alexander wore to the SAG Awards last night—she won our Best of the Night poll by a landslide! And I got the fancy-pants makeup artist/hairstylist Jeffrey Paul to give us all the details!

First, here's what he used for her makeup:

On her eyes, he used three liners: Lancome Le Crayon Kohl in Black Ebony inside the water line, Kevyn Aucoin Eye Pencil Primatif in Defining Green smudged on the bottom lid, and Lancome ArtLiner in Intense Black on top. Then he used Kevyn Aucoin Essential Eye shadow Set Palette #1, brushing the peach and ivory tones on her brow bone, the dark brown shade along her lashline, and the light brown all over her lid. And the mascara? Lancome Hypnose Doll Lashes in Black.

Over her foundation, he used Kevyn Aucoin Celestial Powder Candlelight and a touch of Lancome Blush Subtil Palette in Nectar Lace on her cheeks.

The lovely neutral shade on her lips was SURESH LipLUXE lipstick in Tim.

And here are his step by step instructions for the hairstyle:

On damp hair use Not Your Mother's Smooth Moves Frizz Control hair cream and blow dry with paddle brush.

Lightly curl with big curling iron.

Add a drop of more of the Smooth Moves on hands before gathering hair toward the back of the head and secure with a hair bungee (click here to read all about hair bungees).

Tuck in pieces to form a low bun in toward the back of head on the right side.

And, finally, lightly tease and lift the hair at the crown part hair on right going towards left lift backwards and spray with She's A Tease Hair Spray.

So there you have it folks—that's how he made this gorgeous chick to look just that much more gorgeous last night. Anyone feeling inspired to recreate any part of her hair or makeup?
