Malta has had another great international mention, but this time it’s not because of her stunning seascapes, architecture or history... it's all thanks to one gorgeous kitty.

Windy, a British Shorthair cat, has made Malta proud after placing 12^th in the World Cat Federation’s Best Cat Rating of 2018. That's right, this fabulous feline is considered among the best cats in the world!

Karl Luke Schembri, Windy’s owner, took to Facebook to announce the fantastic news saying that, “for the first time in cat show history Malta placed in the top 15 cats in the world.” #ProudPapa

This wasn’t Windy’s first rodeo though. For the past few months, she’s been travelling the world for various competitions, winning a few along the way. #SlayKitty
