The Golden Wattle is the national flower of Australia. Not only is a very beautiful and unique flower but has much significance as well. The flower is yellowish golden in color and this is why it is famously known as the Golden Wattle. Biologically it belongs to the family of the Acacia PynanthaBenth. As far as the fragrance of the flower is concerned, this beautiful flower surprisingly smells like cherry, which is a fruit. The Australians absolutely adore their national flower and it holds much value to them as well.
