Found on rotten Sheep horn in boggy wet valley must have fallen down near stream as rest of bones scattered near water.I could not find this in any books so did a Google (fungus on sheep horn) only to discover that is near threatened and on the red data list for conservation of Fungi.It is tiny so may be worth searching for it.The last recording was a couple of weeks ago in Scotland but before that it was once in 2009.It grows on the Keratin present in the horns and hooves of Sheep and Deer.Very exiting last find for 2011
