SERVING CAROUSE AT GYMSHARK REGENT ST! 🥂 Absolutely thrilled to have been a part of The Young Professional x Gymshark event! Yesterday, I had the incredible opportunity to share my sobriety journey and introduce CAROUSE to 60 of TYP’s wonderful guests at the Gymshark store on Regent Street. To kick off Sober October, we began the day with a workout on the shop floor, followed by delicious post-workout snacks and refreshing glasses of CAROUSE. We wrapped up with an engaging Q+A session, diving deep into conversations about alcohol-free living. It was a fantastic event, sparking meaningful discussions and connecting with like-minded individuals interested in embracing a sober/sober curious lifestyle! Hey, I’m Steph - the founder of CAROUSE 🥂 I stopped drinking alcohol in 2019 after recognising it was negatively impacting my mental health. After realising the morning-after "hang-xiety" was not worth the discomfort, I made the decision to cut back on the booze. However, I was adamant I didn’t want to pack in the partying. Keeping my social life alive and thriving was easy, the only hard part was finding non-alcoholic alternatives that weren’t fizzy drinks, sugary mocktails or boring old water. I went on the hunt for alcohol-free options that not only tasted great, but made me feel good too. Struggling to find anything that really hit the spot, I decided to embark on a journey to develop my own range of non-alcoholic spirits. My goal was to create something packed full of flavour that alleviates the “FOMO” that often comes with not drinking. I wanted to combine my love for dancing and socialising with my passions for health and wellness and it’s taken a long old time to get here, but I am incredibly proud of what CAROUSE brings to the table. It’s been 2 months since our first Dry Disco event! 🪩 Millie Gooch and I hired one of London’s most iconic clubs for an alcohol-free day festival for sober and sober curious women. Throughout the event, the attendees were allowed to explore and experience different activities such as panel talks, dance workshops, breath-work masterclasses, a pamper lounge and we had an entirely “Booze-less Bar”. The bar was sponsored by CAROUSE and this was the first time the product was tested in a live environment. The day was such a success that we are looking to grow and expand the event series starting with a Christmas Party! Tom not only speaks about his choice to give up alcohol and how he’s living a full life without it, but also about the further boundaries he’s implemented within his fast paced lifestyle to stay humble, grounded and down to earth. Small mic, big announcement 🎤 It’s been 8 weeks since we announced Carouse The launch surpassed all our expectations with DRIFT selling out in a week and we had so many messages/emails asking when it would be back in stock so the pressure was on. The team at CAROUSE worked around the clock to get it ready in time for #SoberSummer and I’m over the moon to say DRIFT is now back in stock along with our other delicious signature flavour - UPLIFT. CAROUSE x META lunch! I am honoured to announce that I am now part of the “Meta Wellness Collective” - a group of creators and artists that are sharing positive messaging in the wellness space. Last month, we had an initial luncheon in London to launch the collective and the Meta team asked for Carouse to supply the drinks! This opportunity allowed us to present both non-alcoholic flavours (DRIFT and UPLIFT) to the attendees and it was a huge success! We sold out of DRIFT within our first month of launch and it’s been an extremely exciting (and stressful!) time for the team and I!
