I work with a wide range issues providing services that span from individual therapy, to life coaching, to couples counseling, to management consulting for family businesses. In a comfortable, supportive, and home-like setting, I offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each of my client’s individual needs to help them attain the personal growth for which they are striving. I often go on-site to work with the managament team of family business helping them to identify and resolve areas within their staff and systems that are preventing healthy growth.

While you cannot change difficult situations of the past, we can work together to better understand your past and help you resolve past and present issues so that you can better face the challenges in your life today. By learning and applying genuine principles and harmonious therapeutic approaches and techniques, we will unearth long-standing behavior patterns or negative perceptions that might be preventing you from experiencing a more fulfilling and meaningful life.

    Therapy is a process of raising your level of awareness. There can be little or no progress without awareness. What is awareness? The term is used in the spiritual sense to mean presence or alertness of mind- the awareness of awareness, the willingness to observe without attachment, be willing to look at reality, regardless. Changes occur when there is a coming together of changing values and necessity

    We cannot learn what we are not prepared to learn.
    We do not know the scope of the work that is before us.
    We do not know the level of skills, knowledge, wisdom, or commitment of the players involved in our life.
    We do not know the future, including how much time we have.
    We cannot defy principles.
    The “NOW” today, is what matters most.
    Learn from the past; plan for the future, but live in the now.
    We must not judge others or our self.
    We need to forgive others and our self.
    You cannot change you. However, you are changed by your thoughts and the choices you make about what you are thinking. As your choices and thinking change, you change.

The company experienced rapid growth in number of clients and revenue and was sold after three years allowing the financial investors to receive a substantial return on their investment.
