What I mean by that is you have to give added effort that is difficult or in some way time consuming that makes your customers say “wow.” This communicates a tremendous amount of commitment to your customers and shows how much you truly care about them. Of course it would be much easier to type and print a generic thank you letter. But what loyalty does that create? Which company are you more likely to remember and/or recommend to a friend?
