If Trump is reelected, many Americans are vowing to move abroad. And this time, they may actually follow through.

The interesting fact related to this threat is that: the people complaining about Trump and threatening to leave America, live primarily in states governed by the left——noting that there is already a mass exidice from those states, because those states created policies that resulted in high: taxes, costs, inflation, crime, illegal migrant population, soft on crime leadership that have destroyed those “Sanctuary States”. Those states were destroyed under Biden’s government. Where are all these people relocating to??? Interesting Florida, Texas, Tennessee——- all states govern by Rep., following protocols under the Trump leadership. Some times facts ruin the best laid conspiracies!

I hope they don't let the door hit them in the ass on their way out of the country.

Almost every person responding to this saying 'good, let them leave' is a middle-aged white male. Every single one is male and white. (at the time of my response, anyway) Very telling.

If he is reelected there will be an increase in the "brain drain" that began taking place during his first term. Those choosing to leave are overwhelmingly more affluent and possess a higher level of education as they have the means to actually leave. Europe will benefit greatly from the talent migration if he manages to take office again.

There is a long history. Despite the government inspired history that gets fed to impressionable American children, the War of Independence was largely a civil war where both those loyal to the current government and those seeking to impose local rule fought each other with extensive foreign assistance from Europe including Britain and France as contemporary super powers. After losing that war, a number on the losing Loyalist side went north to form the core of English British North America, later to become Ontario, Canada. Americans have been emigrating as well as foreigners immigrating ever since. Much of American immigrants from Europe came as liberals fleeing right wing nationalism and religious bigotry. Ethnic Germans are the largest element of the white population. Germans (including many Jews) had to leave due to the MAGA (Make Germany Great Again) conservative agenda after 1848. One huge change occurred more recently. It used to be any number of things would cause loss of US citizenship but the Supremes knock those down. Then putting the shoe on the other foot, Congress made getting rid of American citizenship more difficult than it was to get out of the USSR. And expensive. It is not painless to get rid of it.

This reminds me of when I was a kid playing baseball. If some players couldn’t play the position they wanted or the wrong coach was coaching- they would quit. I’m willing to bet they are still quitting.

How many times have celebrities promised to do this and disappointed everyone when they didn’t follow through?

It’s because any sort of help for a political opponent of someone in America on a local, stage or federal level is more like a crime in today’s society and shouldn’t happen in a just and moral society. We’ve seen teachers shut out parents at schools and so forth, so that’s even going. I want to blame the Chinese and Russians for capturing the unions which dominate society.
