Pharmaceutical Company Registration in the UAE Health and medical industries are booming across the GCC. Patient-Reported Outcome Measures: Advancing Gender-Affirming Care Integration Integration of Patient-Reported Outcome Measures (PROMs) is important in gender-affirming care. A study developed evidence-based strategies for this integration through a participatory process involving healthcare professionals and patients. The research identified barriers and facilitators, aligned findings with expert recommendations, and refined strategies through stakeholder feedback. Strategies for healthcare providers include implementing champions, feedback mechanisms, and sharing knowledge. Patient strategies focus on education, adaptability, and collaboration. The study offers a framework for PROM implementation, shaped by community involvement, that can be customized to enhance care delivery and satisfaction. A core part of LCP Health Analytics's mission is to address inequalities through improving health equity and we do this via work with a range clients and partners across the life sciences sector to identify tractable solutions to enact this change. Pharmaceutical companies can play an important role from more representative clinical trials through to collaborating with stakeholders to demonstrate how their technologies address inequalities. Following my talk at the World Evidence, Pricing and Access Congress last month The Evidence Base® have published a deep dive on the key message of the talk with a specific focus on how health equity can be embedded in market access considerations. Advancing EU Health Technology Assessments: Comprehensive New Guidelines for Evidence Synthesis The European Union's Health Technology Assessment (EU HTA) is entering a pivotal phase with the release of new methodological guidance to improve the quality of health technology evaluations. Key guidance documents have been approved by the Member State Coordination Group, focusing on quantitative evidence synthesis for direct and indirect comparisons. These guidelines aim to enhance the generation of high-quality evidence for assessments at the European level. Pharmaceutical companies are encouraged to align with these guidelines in preparation for the Joint Clinical Assessment procedure.
