We celebrated Pana Sankranti in our office, commemorating the onset of the Odia New Year and embracing the rich cultural traditions of our heritage. It was a joyous occasion filled with laughter, camaraderie, and, of course, delicious treats like Bela Pana and Chenna Poda. Pana Sankranti, also known as Maha Vishuba Sankranti. On this auspicious day, we not only rejoice in the release of the new Odia calendar or Panjika but also welcome the advent of the summer season. In addition to its cultural importance, Pana Sankranti serves as a reminder of the value of promoting and preserving our Odia heritage. By celebrating our traditions and sharing them with others, we not only honor our roots but also foster a sense of unity and pride within our community. As we distributed 'pana'—the traditional cool drink symbolizing refreshment and renewal—we reflected on the timeless customs that bind us together as a people. Let us continue to embrace and promote our culture, ensuring its legacy thrives for generations to come. Happy Pana Sankranti to all! #OdiaNewYear

Our discussions underscored the urgency of integrating green building practices in our projects to safeguard our environment, ensure water security, and enhance the quality of life for our occupants We urged the state government to champion this cause by incentivizing green buildings through the provision of a free Floor Area Ratio (FAR) above the base level.
