We prioritize honesty, integrity, and transparency. That means informing clients about any financial arrangements, such as commissions or referral fees. We follow the guidelines set by NSW Fair Trading. We believe in maintaining open and honest communication with our partners and clients, ensuring everyone knows of any financial arrangements involved. 

We do not ask for any referral commissions from our referral partners, as we get paid by the property purchaser. However, we offer our referral partners 20% of our commission.

The following five principles define the main characteristics of mutually beneficial partnerships:

Long-term

Mutually beneficial partnerships allow both partners to understand what drives the other person and, more importantly, get to know each other. Further, they need to be sustained over time. For instance, it can take some time for a finance-based company to understand the complex challenges another company faces, not to mention its day-to-day operations and, in the case of Trelease, how the buyer's agent business is integrated. It also takes time for partner companies to fully understand the potential to drive their desired growth. Through sustained, committed relationships, both can learn from one another over time, making it easier to adapt to market shifts and work together.
