What Consumes Your Mind Controls Your Life

Oftentimes, we don’t notice half of the things we’re thinking about throughout the day. There’s so much distraction in the busy work and home life that we tend to think without really thinking.

Have you ever been driving home from work and realized that you don’t even know how you got to your driveway? It’s like the entire trip didn’t exist?

The truth is that our mind is always working. It’s on autopilot... always thinking of the next step, the next choice and how it will affect us.

This also means that anything in the back of our mind is using energy - taking up space that makes the mind work harder than it really needs to.

What are some of the things that take up space in your mind?

It could be the worry of making a sustainable income or potentially being laid off during a pandemic….or something that happened in the past that you didn’t get closure from….or the worry that you don’t have enough time to follow your dreams.

But these negative thoughts that are sitting in your mind affect how you will feel and how well your body will work. These thoughts create:

  • Burn out
  • Anxiety
  • Stress
  • Fatigue
  • Insomnia

Change your thoughts, change your life.
