From the start of her career, Meghan has married psychology with an eye for fashion, a love for numbers and a drive for profitability. Meghan grew a former retail business from a cigar box, to cash register and, eventually, to a multimillion-dollar venture which she sold in 2017. 


With over 25 years as a retail specialist in the independent retail sector, Meghan uses consumer insights, market trend analysis, data implementation, and well-honed entrepreneurial instincts to successfully unlock growth for businesses. She is well-versed in retail from merchandising to logistics, as well as the planning and flow of inventory to maximize profitability. Meghan also believes deeply in creating a retail environment firmly rooted in exceptional customer experience.

Since starting Plum Partners - Builders of Brands, Business People, and Culture, Meghan has helped guide clients through key planning and decision making, including: implementation of OTB, evaluation of operating systems, assessment of the retail environment, customer service coaching, guidance on sourcing and buying, short and long-term strategic planning. 


When not consulting, Meghan finds time to be active throughout the community, including work to address health and nutrition. She even made time for her family to embark on a road trip across the US, covering fourteen states and countless baseball games.
