James Harden has made it increasingly harder to believe anything that comes out of his mouth, especially during the last five or six years. Ever since he was in the Houston Rockets, 'The Beard' has never been straight about his future and has always gotten into disagreements with the teams' leaderships. In Houston, he left because he clearly had differences with the team's owners. Same thing happened at the Brooklyn Nets and again with the Philadelphia 76ers. Now that he is in Los Angeles, a new report came that claims the man is happy with the Clippers and seeks to retire there. The reaction from NBA fans across the board was unanymous, they simply can't trust what Harden has to say.

Harden assures he is happy with the Clippers

James Harden himself confirmed he also felt happy in Philadelphia at a certain moment in time. But something happened alogn the way that he didn't like anymore and his exit was swift. Clippers fans will remain weary of what Harden does over the rest of the season as they will likely expect the unexpected from him. Right now, he is saying he wants to stay but they know everything can change overnight. TNT Sports' Chris Haynes was the one who reported James Harden was planning to retire with the Clippers during Tuesday's win against the Oklahoma City Thunder. James had an okay evening with 16 points, 5 rebounds and 8 assists.

After the game, James Harden was approached by several media members to ask him about this report. This is what 'The Beard' said: "I thought the same thing last year, the last team I was on. That's why I did all those sacrifices but I'm here, home. We have an opportunity. I want to be able to keep the core together for a few years and I haven't had those opportunities the last few years so things are going well and I'm happy."
