Item Description

Eucairite is rare Ag-Cu selenide, AgCuSe and is found in hydrothermal deposits. Brilliant creamy white granular masses and blebs of eucairite are visible on the broken face of the half nodule. The green outer coating is an unknown mineral. Specimens of ANY species are rare from this abandoned uranium-vanadium mine. The Burminco label dates to the 1950s or 60s. Ex Smithsonian Collection and the numbers match. A must for the locality or species collector.
