Strengths/weaknesses:

The Blazers rated Williams the second-best athlete in the 2010 NBA draft -- thanks in part to his incredible 48-inch vertical leap. But while athletic, Williams is also raw and young and will need to improve his ball-handling and outside shooting to earn extending playing time.
