Begonia 'Red Fred'

Begonia 'Red Fred' / From Steve's Leaves: A magnificent new sport of B. ‘Freddie’. The large oval leaves are a lustrous maroon color. The light green stems are covered with red scales. It makes a large rounded mound. The tiny flowers are pink and red and rise in large clusters above the foliage in late winter and spring. This is a gorgeous begonia. Shade to partial shade, 45 to 95 degrees, 15" to 18" tall, allow to get fairly dry between waterings.
