This poem telling the diffident person you are a human and "nothing is impossible for human' and the last line reflects when you were a kid you were creative and not timid person but a frank, honest and imaginative kind of personality.'standing in the queue' means waiting for another people to do it first(asking a question from teachers, giving the answer, sharing the views, etc)instead of doing it first by yourself.
