Dr. Pasahow is a licensed psychologist in the State of New Jersey and Florida and has been practicing in South Jersey for 39 years. He has treated over 5,000 patients. He provides cognitive-behavioral, psychodynamic, energy psychology and mindfulness psychotherapy modalities. Biofeedback services for anxiety pain, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) has occurred since 1985. Cognitive rehabilitation services for Post-Concussion Syndrome started in 1988.

Dr. Pasahow has supervised over 27 Psychotherapists and Psychologists.

Dr. Pasahow was fortunate to be at the University of Pennsylvania when Cognitive Behavioral therapy was originally being developed. He was originally trained as a researcher under the auspices of Dr. Martin Seligman, who later became president of the American Psychological Association. Dr. Pasahow was an essential part of the research team providing the initial scientific research on evolving concepts for Cognitive Therapy. Dr. Pasahow published one of the first research studies demonstrating the pervasive effects of uncontrollable experiences. He has published in a number of professional journals including those in allied fields (New Jersey and American Chiropractic Association Journals). Lectures have been given to national and international professional associations.
