Many of my clients struggle with anxiety, depression and self worth, are highly sensitive with complex health issues such as auto immune diseases. Working with the body and mind consciously through mindfulness and self regulation leads to support for the whole person resulting in gratifying improvements in health, relationships and lifestyle.
