Janine added that all other ideas for the song were done through Instagram chat because Arthur was in Cagayan de Oro while she was in Manila. The recording of the song and shooting for the promos were also done remotely.
“Pelikula” is Arthur and Janine’s first collaboration as solo artists. “I’m just [really] grateful I got to collab with one of the greatest songwriters/singers in the country,” Janine said.
She added: “I love this song so much and I hope you love it as much as I do, too.”
The song will be part of Janine’s upcoming EP dropping on Thursday, July 8.
