In a hanging basket. In this case in the coarse bark mix it came in, but Gongoras are pretty flexible for substrate components. Always high humidity (>70%). This one is one the brighter side of the GH than a couple other Gongora species that seem to do better on the more shaded side.

Don't know if you know, but the flowers on all these Stanophae types are short lived. 2-3 days max. So these are biggish plants that take up a lot of space for a big burst of glory blooming once a year. For a real big multigrowth plant you can get several spikes starting over a couple weeks, and end up with a month of blooming events, but that's a big plant at that point.
