Acrobatic Gymnastics, formerly known as Sports Acrobatics.
The 2025-2028 Rules
Some rules for the next olympic cycle have been published on the FIG website.
Here are the most notable changes:
- The World Cup Series no longer span over two years.
The events for a serie will be organised during the February - April and September - November periods of the same year.
- As mentioned in a previous post, the 12-18 age grooup is renamed YOUTH and the WAGC will be named the World Youth and Junior Competitions (WYJC).
- For the youth, the maximum difficulty is raised by 10 and will be 90 for the balance exercises, 80 for the dynamic exercises and 110 for the combined exercises.
- The 11-16 age group is renamed pre-youth.

Les Règlements pour 2025-2028
Certains règements pour le prochain cycle olympique sont publiés sur le site de la FIG.
Voici une liste des changements les plus notoires:
- Les séries de Coupes du Monde ne seront plus à cheval sur deux années.
Les événements d'une série se dérouleront durant les périodes de février à avril et de septembre à novembre de la même année.
- Comme mentionné dans un article précédent, le groupe d'âge des 12-18 prend le nom "YOUTH" et les WAGC s'appeleront les Compétitions Mondiales des Jeunes et Juniors avec l'abbréviation anglaise WYJC.
- La difficulté maximale pour les jeunes est augmentée de 10 points. Elle sera 90 pour les exercices d'équilibre, 80 pour les exercices dynamiques et 110 pour les exercices combinés.
- Le groupe d'âge 11-16 s'appelle pre-youth en anglais, je ne sais pas encore quel en sera le nom officiel en français.

The 2029 World Games
The International World Games Association (IWGA) Annual General meeting has entitled the city of Karlsruhe (GER) to host the 2029 World Games.
Karlsruhe is becoming the first city to organize the multi-sport event for a second time, 40 years after hosting its 3rd edition in 1989.

Les Jeux Mondiaux de 2029
L'Assemblée Générale annuelle de l'Association Internationale des Jeux Mondiaux (IWGA) a attribué les Jeux Mondiaux de 2029 à la ville de Karlsruhe en Allemagne.
Karlsruhe devient la première ville à organiser l'événement multi-sport une deuxième fois, 40 and après avoir acceuilli sa troisième édition en 1989.
