John has over 30 years of experience in marketing strategy, creative direction, branding, copywriting, marketing operations, business development, and project/program management. He's been a Creative Director, a COO, co-founded his own agency, and worked with clients like Fender, Cisco, British Airways, Johnson & Johnson, Comcast, and Bacardi to name but a few. John's unique blend of left- and right-brain perspectives and skills give him a thorough understanding of both the creative and business requirements for successful marketing initiatives. For the past 20 years, John has partnered with Paul Huber to deliver strategic and creative solutions for a wide variety of clients across a broad spectrum of industries.

John is also a screen and voice actor as well as a professional musician. He starred in the feature film "Guitar Man" (winner of over 18 awards on the festival circuit), is the male voice of one of the top AI assistants, and has recorded seven albums of original music with his bands Rule of Thumb and Verst.

When he's not swimming in the San Francisco Bay or out on the town seeing live music, John is raising his three teenage sons in Marin County, CA.
