*** Avoid Comply Foam ear tips at all costs ***

Well that was $19 down the drain. I purchased a set of Comply Foam ear tips less then a month ago and they do not keep my earbuds in correctly.

They advertise on their website that they have a 100% money back guarantee that these will fit correctly. I have sent this company about 8 emails since I received them because they do not fit.

I have not heard a single word from anyone. I even contacted them on Twitter (X) and they could care less. I would have given them a 0 if I could.

I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY EVER AGAIN!!! COMPLY FOAM LEADERS - WHY ARE YOU COMPLETELY IGNORING A CUSTOMERS CALLS, EMAILS ON YOUR SITE AND VIA REGULAR EMAIL, AND POSTS ON TWITTER FOR HELP???

Bought a 3-pack of medium Comply Memory foam ear tips. They arrived within a couple of days via FedEx - a pleasant surprise as they were shipped from the USA to Ireland. I received them in perfect condition.

As for the ear tips themselves, I can wear them for hours at a time with no discomfort. They work well with the ANC of the Airpods Pro, providing noticeably better noise cancellation than Apples native ear tips.

Great products for your Headphones and even Hearing Protection.

Easily navigated website, that also has a search function where you can find the right foam tips for your device or hearing protection in seconds.

I purchased an extra pair of foam tips for my Jaybird X4 as well as some for my SureFire EP7 Ear Protection.

Quality Products and very comfortable! I Highly recommend them.

Now that I’ve cooled down from getting multiple reminders to review the tips that I ordered for my AirPod pro and monster lil jamz, way before I they even shipped, I do like the product. The AirPods do start to slip out of my ears when sweating at work, but they have yet to fall completely out before I get a chance to shove them back in. The original tips, no matter the size, did fall out onto the floor multiple times. On the lil jamz, they block most of the wind noise and much of the engine noise on my 2005 Suzuki Boulevard with Vance and Hines pipes at 80-100 mph. You couldn’t ask for much better performance than that on a pair of old headphones that don’t have noise canceling.

They went beyond far beyond my expectations. My jaybirds got destroyed in the time I ordered replacement tips for them, so i decided to buy the airpods pro. They gave me a store credit to get the air pods pro tips at their cost, Im very pleased with there customer service - thats how you treat people!

I had used the "Christmas tree" three-flange silicone tips for years for my 425's & 535's. I had some sealing problems when using loud power equipment and tried Comply's on a whim. The original Comply sets were olive-shaped, and they seemed to seal a little better than the silicone tips, but were slightly less comfortable. The last reorder I discovered that the olives had been discontinued and replaced by these cylindrical shape tips. I REALLY like these! They seem to be a better fit for my ears: more comfortable and better seal. I was concerned about longevity of these vs the silicones, but I found I can easily get a season of cutting grass out of one pair, which involves a lot of sweat... :^). No deterioration noted. Thanks for a great product!

Got these to replace the comply tips that came with my soundPEATS TruEngine 3 earbuds. When the pair of comply tips that came with the earbuds wore out after almost a year I tried to use the included silicone ones. It only took listening to music for about 5 mins until I ordered some replacement comply tips! The comply tips somehow give these earbuds a better soundstage and a more even frequency response. I can't explain I they just make the earbuds sound that much better.

BTW the comply tips that ship with the soundPEATS TruEngine 3's are the medium size ones.

The best darn product I've EVER had! So lovely, this is my 3rd time re-ordering the tips (I like a particular fit when they get oldish, I want to change them out, but that's a personal preference!)
Seriously, you follow simple instructions, they go in, expand, and the world goes buh-bye... I'm a seasoned bassist of over 40 years, so that I can hear the mix in my Cx400's - heck, it's the first wireless earbuds that I can't hear the Bluetooth compression. These TrueFit are dreamy! LOVE EM!!

Had to pay $21 in shipping to get it to the Netherlands, then I get a notification I have to pay an aditional $10 for import tax. This wasn't made clear anywhere on the website, only after you start digging and find it somewhere in the FAQ where new customers that just want to buy something aren't going to look.
Now I payed $56 for some ear tips that are $25.
If you're an international customer DON'T BUY, unless you want to pay wayy too much for some ear tips.

I bought new Sennheiser CX Sport earbuds, but they came with silicon tips which don't stay in my ears once I start sweating. I found Comply in my search for foam tips and they had a pair that fit the earbuds perfectly and enhance the sound quality during my workouts. I am happy with my purchase!

I truly appreciate the page navigation to help me find the right fit for my ear buds. I have used Comply tips on a previous set of earbuds and when I bought te Jabra 85t I was excited to hear that tips were in the works.

As an aside, I typically have images turned off in my emails. When I received your survey email, I could see there were 5 options for the survey response, but with alt values populated on the img tags for those links they had no meaning defined. For accessibility purposes these types of images that are more than purely decorative should have alt text defined. This will aid anyone with images turned off or anyone using a screen reader. I have to imagine as an audio based business you have a fair number of email recipients using screen readers.

This is my second order of Comply earphone tips that are compatible with my Apple Airpod Pro. I was allergic to the Apple earphone tips and could not use the Apple Airpod until I found the Comply product. The Comply Earphone tips actually fit better and are more secure when wearing than the Apple tips and there is not problem with my allergy. I replace tips after 6-8 months of wear for cleanliness. I am extremely happy with the Comply Premium Earphone Tips.

Thank you, Comply! Now I can hear bass tones from my Sennheiser earphones without holding them pressed hard into my ears. Yay!

Only complaint is the shipping was slow. You asked for my review even before they arrived.

Ordered 3 small pairs for my sony wf-1000xm4. When I put the earphones in my ear the buds either fell right out or became stuck in my ear when I tuck the earphones out. The earbuds themselves seem shoddily made and were no where near as premium as the original ear buds I got from Sony. Thoroughly dissapointed and wouldn't recommend.

I replaced the silicon buds on my Sennheiser earbuds. Hudge difference from the 1st sound! Listening to Pink Floyd Animals, amazing! I listen to Radio Paradise on the net. Hi quality streaming, excellent sound!

Awesome replacement foam tips! These should come standard with every True Wireless Earbuds on the market. Silicone sucks! It doesn’t stay in your ear and if you sweat it slips right out. Memory foam is the only ear tips I use anymore. Comply’s website is easy to use and there “find my feature” helped me pick out the correct tips for my earbuds. They are super easy to install and they hold in your ear perfectly. I can’t recommend these enough.

Ordered the comply foam tips for my razer hammerhead true wireless pro earbuds. The foam tips came in 3 days in a timely matter and were well packaged. The foam tips are awesome and with it being foam they conform to my ear giving me a perfect fit and they never fall out. Would buy from them in the future.

10 days after ordering and still don’t have product. According to tracking the package has been sitting in New Jersey for 6 days. No telephone number to call, so I emailed the company. Received an automated response saying someone would get back to me within 2 days. Very poor shipping. Very poor customer service.

Comparing to the sony's oem the comply ear tips are way more comfortable, durable and are a third of the price but lacks in the noise isolation performance (not by much tho).
All in all the comply ones are the best option for the Sony's 1000xm4
