Goodmorning , i'm satisfied of your SIM and related service , BUT i would have had an automatical sys to pay periodically via prepaid card to set , since i bouth the SIM in a shop.

Vivo in centro, la rete non ha problemi, possiedo sia modem che cell 4G, ho buone prestazioni sia con telefono che pc. Un singolo film o un video in full hd scorrono bene.

Where do I start? I had problems with the online activation and BIG problems with my existing sim signal. The HO call centre stayed on the phone with me for well over 90 minutes patiently helping to resolve it. He was super professional and sorted it all out for me. The app is the best I ve used. Comms is second to none. I will be staying with HO!

The simcard delivery was good. After that I had a problem with sim activation because the given option: “activation with spid” did not work and it made me to use the other activation method which uses my camera. Generally the sim is nice I use it for internet mostly and it gives me a good coverage. Maybe in the future they can offer more Giga on this plan.

Easy to order and activate a sim, the only problem is the app, keeps prompting you to look at ho+, and invite a friend etc, this is annoying and gets in the way of usability of the app.
Price is good, service is good, as it's owned by Vodafone the coverage is also very good.

I had a problem with my number and the company does not give any option to contact them. It is unacceptable, I already tried every single number I saw on the webpage and there is not a single mail I can write to.
My telephone number, with Ho Mobile company (3792152234) has been deactivated, without any worning, only because I havent recharge it in one month, when the policy says it has to be 12 months.

In Italian: Sono appena passato a HO e la connessione è lenta ea casa è anche peggio. Non riesco a inviare file, foto, video e la digitazione di un messaggio va a passo di lumaca. Dovrebbe essere 4g, ma il mio telefono si comporta come se fosse 1g. Ho provato a inviare questo messaggio su FB messenger e ho ricevuto "impossibile inviare". Ho provato 192121 e ho ricevuto "Non consegnato". Potete spiegare o devo contattare un altro servizio? Grazie. In English: Low or no connection on my iPhone? I just switched to HO and the connection is slow and at home it's even worse. I can't send files, photos, videos and typing a message goes at a snails pace. It's supposed to be 4g, but my phone acts like it's 1g. I tried to send this message to HO on FB messenger and got "unable to send". Tried 192121 and got "Not Delivered". Can you explain or should I try and find a another service? Thank you.
