Board of Superannuate Homes announces staff change

January 22, 2018

The Board of Superannuate Homes expresses its gratitude to Regina Ergle, who will retire on February 1, 2018, after eleven years of outstanding service as Administrative Assistant. The Superannuate ministry began in 1901 and the Board now manages 118 retirement units throughout North Alabama for retired clergy and spouses.

Regina will continue to reside in Jasper with her husband, Rev. Tex Ergle, a retired pastor, where they are both involved at Jasper First UMC. They plan to do some traveling and to continue to enjoy grand-parenting.

The Board welcomes Donna Baccus as the new Administrative Assistant. She is a resident of Gardendale, where her husband Steve serves as senior pastor of Gardendale-Mount Vernon UMC. Donna brings to her new position 23 years of banking experience after several years as a Licensed Practical Nurse and several years of operating a daycare in her home.

Donna says, “I am very excited to be at the North Alabama Conference. I look forward to this new challenge.”

The Superannuate Board’s office is located on the west wing of the first floor of the United Methodist Center (Room 150), 898 Arkadelphia Road, Birmingham, AL 35204 (205-226-7968).
