Don't Chase...ATTRACT!

Don't Chase...ATTRACT!

Either in your career, dating life, friendships….In life we have two different mindsets. Either to chase or to attract. Now most people believe these two terms are the same, but I am here to challenge those rumors. They are not the same. For example, chasing and attracting are similar where a person goes after opportunities, people, dreams, and everything in life that is deserving. So they may appear similar to the human eye, but they are different and produce different results. And that’s why on the surface, they may appear similar. Let me break it down to you:

Let me start by saying that for years I have been chasing. Chasing after money, one sided fake friendships, low vibrational dead end relationships with loser men, and so on. It became so boring and unsatisfying. It was when I realized that it all meant nothing and I found myself angry and feeling unfulfilled. I also felt drained and knew that I had to make changes. My energy was off because I was chasing after something that didn’t have any purposeful meaning—and that wasn’t the direction where I saw myself headed. All of a sudden, I made a shift. YES.. a shift in my energy and I began to attract people on the same equilibrium as mine. I started to become more transparent and honest with my emotions. My life became more exciting and meaningful because I no longer chased after things or people that didn’t serve any purpose. I am at the point in my life where if you can’t add value to me—it’s not going to work. Do you see the STOP sign? Proceed with caution.

Take this example into consideration:

You go on a date with a man and you hit things off well. Well, so you think. You notice that he stops initiating contact, but you’re still reaching out daily wondering what happened. He does responds to your messages, but he won’t seem to make the first move as he used to. Do you continue contact with him or do you move on?

The correct answer is to stop chasing this dude and move on. Chasing him puts you in a desperate and de-powering state while lowering your frequency. And If he was seriously interested, he would equally initiate contact , be invested and communicate accordingly like a grown up. So instead, ladies say next and use your feminine energy to ATTRACT a better man who won’t have an issue with communicating and is worth your time.

And this is just a relatable example that I am giving. However, I am not saying that chasing means to give up on your dreams or goals in life. It’s a mindset of manisfesting what you want that I am focusing on. Attracting the right energy is an empowering state of mind that feels purposeful. You are not seeking approval or validation from others—instead you’re attracting a high frequency and what you want. It can be attracting anything in life such as: A new business venture, a healthier diet, your website flourishing, instagram blog growth and so on….So I hope that there is something to take from this week’s blog post. We will talk again next week. Love you all and thanks for reading!!
