Description
Open woodland, damp habitat.
A tuberous perennial.
Flowers
Sepals and petals are pale greyish-pink on the outside, a deeper colour within. An orchid with a deep red, heart-shaped lip, hairy inside. Up to 10 flowers on a spike.
Leaves
Lanceolate leaf is lance-shaped: long and widest in the middle. Long, wider in the middle, pointed.
